Returns 

Your online orders can be returned via Hermes for free except for furniture. All returns must reach us within 28 days of purchase and be in the original packaging.   Simply fill in the below form and we'll email you a returns label.

 

 

Bring your package to any Hermes drop off point https://www.myhermes.co.uk/find-a-parcel-shop#/ , or locker https://www.myhermes.co.uk/find-a-parcel-shop?lockers=true and we’ll take it from there. 

Refunds normally take 4-5 days to reach your account once we have received the goods, this is outside of our control.   

All refunds will be to the same card/PayPal account that payment was taken from. 

Refunds on furniture are organised at your cost, please email us in the first instance to request your refund and we'll get a quote for the pickup of your goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Shortages or delivery errors 

If you find your order is missing an item, or there are other delivery errors (including incorrect items or damaged stock), please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so that we can attempt to rectify the issue immediately.  Email us at customerservice@living-in-style.co.uk
